From Carole King to Willie Nelson, The Allman Brothers to Jimi Hendrix, Friends Unplugged performs each tune with energy and originality, much to the approval of their ever-increasing fan base. With lead rock guitarist Warren Lee transferring his intricate, accomplished rock leads onto his Taylor acoustic – challenging band mate Frank Cordaro every fret of the way and Scottie Knox holding down rhythm, the musical base of Friends Unplugged is established. Add a little taste of Janie Cordaro’s fiddle, mix and blend the vocals of all four, and Friends Unplugged takes the stage! Eager to offer musical opportunities to other artists, it is not uncommon to find an occasional invited guest joining Friends Unplugged on stage for a tune or two, lending energy and variety to their performance.
